Here's the values and steps for setting up that trigger.
Here's the target URL for her to copy and paste
After filling these out, she then needs to click on the little plus icon where it says "Select a document template to use to generate an HTTP POST call."
That will lead to this:
She needs to click on Choose File to upload the attached file from the email.
After she adds the template name, the screen should look like this:
Then save
